I'm happy - It drives people crazy APPLIQUE Machine Embroidery Design
This funny raw applique design is a perfect solution to be use as a patch on garments, you can cover holes or stains with it. That is actually how I came up with the idea: to cover a stain on one of my favourite outdoor shirts.
The design fit's perfectly in the 4x4 inch / 10x10 cm hoop.
There is NO Instruction with the patch, but if you know how to interpret a colour chart and how to do appliques, you're sorted. It's easy to do. The outline of the applique is a doodle (raw) bean stitch, which means you can make the patch look used or vintage. If you don't want raw edges on your fabrics, simply use a fusible stabiliser at the back of the applique fabric that prevents it from fringing. Don't cut too close to the seams after the embroidery is done, to avoid the fabric getting ripped off the seams.2-3 mm seam allowance as seen in the pictures is absolutely sufficient.
