Custom Digitising / References

Are you looking to get your logo or graphic digitised? We are here for you. We are using the latest and best embroidery software in the industry - Wilcom - and we always strive to deliver top quality.

Our usual turn-around time is 3-5 business days (up to two weeks during holiday season) but it always depends on the complexity of your order. Send us an enquiry with your design in JPG or PDF, and a short note what exactly you are looking for (size, use of the design etc). We will get back to you with a quote and an estimated turn-around. There is no hidden fees in our quotes, you pay what we have agreed to.

Any amendments to a design must be requested within two weeks of delivery of the final design that has been approved by you. We may charge additional fees for any requests that are forwarded more than two weeks after approval. Therefore we suggest that you test your design immediately after receiving and request to see if the design needs any amendments to be stitched out perfectly.

Please note: We do NOT digitise licenced artwork, characters and phrases. So until you are the legal owner of the design or have proven rights to use the artwork we are unable to help you with logos such as sports and fitness clubs, schools, music and theatre events etc.
